App help
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which iPhone and iOS version you use. A screenshot is helpful when it does not contain private notes.

In Scenario, open You → Scenario membership and choose Manage Apple subscription. You can also open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the monthly trial ends to avoid the first $6.99 charge.
A parent or legal guardian must authorize a subscription for a person under the age of legal majority.

You can remove notes and scenarios from the device in Scenario. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account or billing-related personal information, subject to records we must retain.

The U.S. monthly price is $6.99 and includes a three-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The U.S. annual price is $59.99 and is charged when you subscribe. Both plans renew automatically until canceled. Apple shows the final localized price before purchase. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Refund requests
Apple processes App Store charges and decides refund eligibility. Scenario cannot issue an App Store refund directly. To request one, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose Request a refund, and select the Scenario subscription.
Account recovery and deletion
Sign in with the same verified email account to recover your Scenario account and subscription access on another supported device. Notes and scenarios remain on the device where you created them and are not restored by account recovery. Choose You → Delete all data to remove that local content without deleting your account. Choose You → Scenario account → Delete accountto delete your verified-email account and its identity and access mappings, subject to limited transaction, legal, security, trial-enforcement, and fraud-prevention records we may need to retain. Deleting a Scenario account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Cancel it in Apple Subscriptions if you do not want it to renew.

Age requirement
Scenario is for people age 13 and older. Do not create an account if you are under 13. People ages 13 through 17 need a parent or legal guardian's permission to use Scenario where required, and a parent or guardian must authorize any paid subscription for a minor.
